👉 HOW STRICT WILL THE CARNIVORE DIET BE?
For customized meal plans, you will have the option of choosing a ketovore, loose carnivore, or strict carnivore diet. It is your decision on which diet you would like to follow. For best results, we recommend keeping carbohydrates as low as possible.
👉 WHAT IF I AM NEW TO THE CARNIVORE DIET?
If you are coming from a high carbohydrate diet and have never tried Carnivore, expect there to be a transition phase. It will take time for your body to get into fat adaptation. There may be some physical symptoms you will experience from the carbohydrate and sugar withdrawals.
👉 CAN I DRINK COFFEE?
Yes.
👉 CAN I EAT FRUIT?
We have nothing against fruit, but our program is centered around the ketogenic dieting principles of a high-fat, low-carbohydrate intake. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any results for people that regularly consume over 50g of carbohydrates a day.
👉 HOW MUCH FAT WILL I LOSE?
It depends. The higher body fat percentage you are, the easier and faster it is to lose weight quickly. If you are already at low levels of body fat percentage, it will require more strategy and technique to get you down to your ideal body weight.
👉 DO I HAVE TO EXERCISE?
Exercise is not required, because fat loss is 90% based on your food intake. The only exception is if you are already in an athletic or in a bodybuilding physique, and you are looking to build muscle or speed up fat loss.
We only work with clients that have decided they are ready to take the leap of faith and make a change for themselves through the Carnivore diet. There are lots of great resources and transformation stories available online, if you are on the fence about this way of eating.
